The Satellites are presented by the IPA (International Press Academy), a group of journalists compromising of both foreign and domestic writers. For some reason, I always enjoy these nominees, because many times the IPA goes with choices that few or no other groups do. Always fun to mix it up a bit, but don't take these choices too seriously.
