2012 Awards -- Detroit Film Critics

And now the Detroit critics have chimed in. A few new choices here, mostly in the form of The Impossible and Take This Waltz both scoring several major nods. The Impossible is one of those films that had tons of prebuzz, and in the light of all the awards being announced, it has dropped back significantly. But Oscar ballots haven't even gone out yet, so it's still too early to call it dead in the water.
