The L.A. critics have released their winners. Along with New York and Chicago, they are the most prestigious "critics group" award out there. At least, from a specific city. That said, they are also the film major group to go for something new with their prize, choosing the wonderful French language film Amour as best film of 2012. This film (which is Austria's official submission in the foreign race this year) was also the winner of this year's Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival.
