As always, we have 15 films nominated for the Costume Design, in 3 different categories. The most "noticeable" costume are usually found in the Period category, but we also have Fantasy and Contemporary as well.
We have a few surprises this year, most noticeably for films that were left out for more than films that were included in the nominees. The big snubs, in my opinion, would be the lack of Anonymous and My Week with Marilyn, particularly Marilyn, since it had shown up in many precursor awards so far.
