2011 OSCAR BEACHHOUSE AWARD WINNERS

Here is my full list of winners for this year's Oscar Beachhouse awards. A very wide range of films nominated in 26 categories, and when it came down to it, I found myself doling out at least 1 award to 19 different films, which is by far a record for me, with the previous record being 16 (back in 2006). Granted, a few new categories (and one gone [Best Scene]), but still a very wide-cast net this year. A lot of admire, a lot to love, and a lot to reward. In previous years, since I started doing this back in 2000, the Best Pic winners were...

2000 -- Gladiator (7 Awards)
               8 total winning films
2001 -- The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (9 Awards)
               8 total winning films
2002 -- The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (6 Awards)
               11 total winning films
2003 -- The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (13 Awards)
               7 total winning films
2004 -- The Passion of the Christ (5 Awards)
               12 total winning films
2005 -- Crash (6 Awards)
               14 total winning films
2006 -- United 93 (4 Awards)
               16 total winning films
2007 -- Ratatouille (3 Awards)
               16 total winning films
2008 -- The Dark Knight (5 Awards)
               14 total winning films
2009 -- The Hurt Locker (3 Awards)
               13 total winning films
